FoodMargins provides recipe costing, invoice digitization, and kitchen analytics for commercial food businesses. We reserve the right to modify subscription terms or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
We respect your privacy. FoodMargins collects business name, contact email, phone number, and uploaded recipe/bill data solely to operate and improve the costing platform. We do not sell or rent your business data, ingredient rates, or secret formulas to third parties or competitors. All transactions are securely processed via certified payment gateways.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via in-app settings or by contacting support. Since FoodMargins delivers digital SaaS capabilities instantly upon payment, recurring subscription charges are generally non-refundable once activated. In cases of accidental duplicate charges or technical failure, full refunds are processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
Users can delete their account and associated data directly within the FoodMargins app via Drawer → Settings → Delete Account & All Data. Alternatively, you may submit a data deletion request by emailing marginchefsupport@gmail.com with your registered phone number. All business profiles, recipes, and stored bills will be permanently purged within 48 hours.
